Hello Colin,
i try to install Acronis 2013 Version, the older version doesn't work. The Dell Latidude 10 Tablet ist Windows 8 Pro and the support period is still over.
What can i do, to finish installing?

I have the same issue, did you get any resolution ?

I have the same issue on a Lenovo Thinkpad Tablet 2. The common thing is the Latitude and this Thinkpad are both Intel Atom (Clovertrail) based systems and the thread exception is the same.
Acronis needs to investigate this platform and determine why this exception is being thrown.

It certaily does sound as though the Atom chipset might be the problem, it might also be that the W8 OEM versions are being locked down in some way by W8 on tablets.
I doubt that it will make much difference, but has anyone tried extracting the MSI installer from the Acronis installer and installing directly from that?
To extract the MSI installer, you need to run the Acronsi installer and at the spalsh menu screen, right click on the 'Install' option and select extract, then close the installer down, right click on the extracted MSI installer and select 'run as Admin', see if that gets the installation any further.

Hi Colin,
Starting the MSI installer after extracting work, but with the same result.
Bluesceen again. What can i do?
I am using Acronis since many years and also at work. So i need Acronis working on my tablet.
Otherwise i need to lock for new backup Software, but i like Acronis where much ;-)
Thx for your help.
