BlueScreens during Backup to USB HDD on Samsung M60 Aura

Hello everybody,

I saved my PC (Samsung M60 Aura Notebook) months ago without any problem to my Synology NAS and now I want to change the location to my Western Digital 2,5" 500 GB HDD.

During the backup, one time my screen got black followed by a bluescreen and now I got another two bluescreens caused by nvlddmkm.sys and dxgkrnl.sys.

My windows updates and NVidia drivers are up to date.

I'm using Acronis True Image 2014 Build 6673.

Can anybody help me?
