Thread needs solution

I purchased and installed the 2012 product in November, having had 2011 previously.

I cannot use the new version because I get a message stating that my trial of 2011 has expired and I must now activate the full product.

I am unable to get beyond this message which wasn't relevant to 2011 because I purchased the full product and used it during 2011.

Why it is coming up now is a mystery, but I am getting very frustrated since I cannot get access to a human at Acronis UK or EMEA.

Can anyone offer assistance?
