Can i take my boot config/BCD from one recent image and apply to another image?

I recently messed up an image by playing around with the msconfig boot options. I thought i had fixed it with bcdedit in windows command prompt but simply, Nope.

I saved an image after tampering with bcdedit right before powering down, but it seems allthough i can mount the image and access it i can't actually boot it as my operating system.

I am currently using a somehwat older image and was hoping i could use this bootconfig and apply it to the offline image of which i don't want to lose. Also tampered with many more files such as the hidden BOOT, and really am stuck as to what i can do.

Both drives are 128gb samsung 840 pro's, i also have a 1tb SSHD working as my recovery drive which works fine with both images running and has done many times before.

This isn't an acronis issue as such, but i have become accustomed to using this since getting windows 8.1 and am hoping there is a way to fix this image.
