Can I upgrade this way...

I have an Acronis True Image 2012 single license. I see that I can use that license to upgrade to a family pack (3 pc's) but I'd like to take advantage of the two for one deal. I notice that you don't get a free family pack when buying one so the two for the price of one deal seems to be single licenses only. But I see that if I buy two single licenses it gives me two free. This would come with 4 upgrade licenses total. Two questions...

1) Can I use my single 2012 license on those multiple upgrades? In other words, does it check and only allow you to upgrade once with a given older license?

2) Can I continue to use my 2012 license (with ATI 2012 of course) on another machine after upgrading?
