Can not update Acronis 2013 to 2015

Thread needs solution

I have 3 pc Perpetual licenses for ATI 2012 through 2015.

My PC has 2015.

My wife has 2013 which am trying to upgrade to 2015 also.

Installed 2015 over 2013 but says serial number is incorrect.

What now?
