Hi,

I bought an online backup storage subscription for 500 GB workstation. I received the key and I registered it on my account with success.

Now when I start my Acronis True Image Home 2010 and go to "backup" -> "Online Backup" and I enter my account details I got the message that I could not enter.

I had previsouly working with the one month free subscription but this is one is now over and I want to use my new 12 months subscription I have just bought.

Wrong subscription bought. 'Home' online backup (True Image Online) differs from "Backup & Recovery Online"*. You have the client installed for the former and bought subscription for the latter (Home one doesn't come in 500 GB)

*and vmprotect online is a totally another one, despite having 1TB variety like ABR online.
