Cannot contact customer support

I have several issues with True Image 2015. One is "operations are in progress". Could not shut down program and had to reinstall Windows 8.1. WhenI tried to make a clone, the message is "restart required" but no matter how many times I restarted, same issue. Finally the bootable media is not bootable. To open a case, I need an error code, but no such code is generated. Does anyone know a way to contact Acronis without an error code?
