Cannot open the encrypted stream

I have just started using Acronis Online Backup with my TIH2010 software (build 7046), and purchased a 1 yr 250G subscription.

My online backup stopped working, with a log message "Cannot open the encrypted stream". I am able to start the task manually, and it then runs to completion. I only get this message when the task tries to run on schedule.

The scheduled task worked just fine for several days, then stopped working.

I tried editing the parameters of the schedule, those available for edit, to check for problems, but everything seems OK. Once again, the task can be run manually with no problem, and had run in the past with no problem.
