Cannot Universal restore to new Dell Optiplex 9020M

Trying to restore a backup from an old Dell to a new Dell and I'm getting an error.

I know it's asking for a driver but I cant figure out what it is.

I have the new Sata driver on a usb key but it is not working,

PCI/VEN_8086&DEV_8C02&SUBSYS_06691028&REV_04

Any help please!!!!
