Can't activate 2014 license

Hi, just had to reinstall Win 7, have downloaded TI 2014 from Acronis site, but when I enter the license key it just displays the blue 'no entry' sign which I guess means it think's it's invalid.

I've logged into the site, checked 'my products' and had the license key re-sent but it's the same as the one I had in my email from November 2013. This is what's under My Products (lots of blocks X'd)

Any ideas? Don't want to pay for a support incident just to install...
