Can't find universal restore option in TI 2013 Plus Pack

Thread needs solution

I'm running True Image 2013 build 6514 and I have the Plus Pack installed. Serial numbers for both of these are activated and these are the full versions of the programs. TI 2013 was an upgrade from TI Home 10.

I can't seem to find the universal restore option anywhere. I don't see it listed as a function to include when I'm making bootable media, and I don't get it when using the program in Windows. I've downloaded the bootable image from Acronis, and using it I've once been able to see a grayed-out box with the universal restore option, but I couldn't find any way to select it.

What I'm trying to do is move a Windows 7 Home Premium x64 installation from one laptop to another. I have valid COAs and all, so that won't be a problem. I have the source hard drive and an image of it as well. The source laptop (laptop 1) is dead until I get a new motherboard for it, but I have USB 3.0 HDD adapters and such that let me access everything I need to.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? On the destination laptop (laptop 2), I boot to Acronis using a CD made from the downloaded ISO and I try to restore the image from an external hard drive to the destination drive installed inside laptop 2. It will go through the restore just fine, but I don't get any option to use universal restore.

Let me know if you need any more info. If it matters, the computer Acronis is installed on is running Windows 7 Pro x64.

The unversal option shows on the Recovery CD when you choose what to recover--Disks or Fies. The unversal option is there.

If you downlaoded the iso CD, it has to be the download from the Plus Pack license.
