Can't move license

I have the family version of ATI, so it is good for three activations. I need to move one of my licenses to a new computer. However when I go through the activation process, after I choose to move licenses, the next page next never loads and instead I get the message:

"An error occurred. Please check you Internet connection and try again."

Here is what I've done so far:
-Confirmed I have internet access
-Disabled my firewall
-Disabled my anti-virus
-Restarted ATI
-Restarted my computer

Any suggestions?
