Can't restore Truecrypt disk image (RAW disk image) on a new drive. Windows doesn't start!

Hi,
I made an image of Truecrypt partition with MBR with sector-by-sector option in Acronis Boot Disk.
I tried to restore this image to a new drive, but Windows 7 can't start.
I see Truecrypt Boot Menu on startup, can enter password, but then Windows report about problem, something like this:

Can't find \windows\system32\winload.exe
Errror: 0xC0000001

I don't undestand why this happens?! We have a raw copy of a partition with MBR and after restore operation two partitions on two drives and MBRs must be equal to each other.

Moreover, in Truecrypt I can make "Mount without preboot authentication" a partition on a NEW drive and see all files of my disk. So I really don't understand where is the problem!?

Please, can anybody HELP, explain how to do backup of Truecrypt (RAW) partition and it's restore rightly or maybe explain why Acronis can't do rightly backup/restore of Truecrypt(RAW) partition?
