Can't select my SSD as destination disk during cloning

When I try to clone my HDD to my SSD with Acronis True Image 2014 I can't select my SSD as destination disk. Why not? And how to fix this?

Or perhaps some of you guys have other tips on how to move my OS from my HDD to my SSD. I allready tried the program 'Migrate OS to SSD' but that doesn't work somehow.

I have a similar issue. I am trying to put the image I took of my Dell Venue 11 Pro (Intel CPU) and put it on a different (same specs though) Dell Venue 11 Pro (Intel CPU). I get to the "destination of disk" part of the recovery and the SSD in the Venue is grayed out and can't be selected....

Thoughts?
