CarbonitePro and Acronis TI Home 11 XP do not get along

Decided to try CarbonitePro as an additional means of backup for offsite. However with CarbonitePro trial installed on XP SP3 machine when I try to do a Incremental backup I get a E00070021: Unable to create Volume snapshot. I have tried disabling Carbonite but no difference. Only when I uninstalled Carbonite did the Acronis backup work. Acronis is build 8101.

I've been using Carbonite for almost two years. First with ATI2009, no problems. And now with ATI2010, still no problems.
