Changed System Disk

I am using Acronis TI Home 2010.

The system ws installed on a 40 GB IDE disk.

I cloned the system disk to a 320 GB SATA hard drive.

When the scheduled C Drive backup started today, it failed with the message:

I edited the task, by going thru the options, without making a change, and started the job.

It now completed with the message:

I am not clear about the partitions "0-0'. repeated twice.
Is my back-up valid?

There is an additional 40 GB IDE hdd, with drive letters G and H
