clonage impossible

Depuis le changement d'ordinateur (Win 8.1 pour les deux) et réinstallation de Acronis 2014, je n'arrive plus à réaliser un clonage. Au moment du redémarrage du PC, un message d'erreur s'affiche sur l'écran noir ele PC boot sur le Dos pour redémarrer sans réaliser le clone. Dois-je passer à Acronis 2015 ou est-ce un problème avec le dernier update de win 8.1?

Since the change to computer (Win 8.1 for both) and reinstalling Acronis 2014, I am unable to perform cloning. When the PC boots, an error message appears on the black screen the PC boot on the back to restart without realizing the clone. Should I upgrade to Acronis 2015 or is it a problem with the last update to win 8.1?
