Clone - cant write mbr -URGENT-

I changed my laptop's hdd to ssd and used Acronis True Image HD which came with the kingston ssd.
Everything went ok but the end I got error message " Cannot write bla bla bla mbr" I could pass only with "ignore" , I couldnt boot after this and I used my recovery dvd-s to recovery the syste to factory reset.

Now I can boot but for examle after sleep the computer wake up and crashing(blu screen)

1. Is there any way to clone with properly copied mbr?
2. if not how can I clone/copy/make the mbr.
