Clone RAID 0 Drives to Larger Drives

I realize this is a question that most likely has been asked but I have not found a definitive answer. I will purchase True Image 2015 if I can feel comfortable that it will complete my task. Here is my thinking on an approach and would very much appreciate feedback or an alternative approach that would work:

I upgraded to Windows 10 and have 2 128 GB SSD drives that are RAID 0. I have 2 512 GB SSD drives that I want to use as a replacement for the RAID 0 setup.

Can I remove the 128 GB drives and clone them individually to the blank drives in an attempt to keep the stripe format the same. I would then take the 2 512 drives and place them in the same slots that the corresponding 128GB drives came from? Is this approach too simple?
