Cloning RAID 5 array - which product?

I have a Dell Server running Server 2003 with a 2TB RAID 5 array. The array is too small and I am installing a 16TB array. What is the best product to clone the 2TB drive and its contents to the new array.

The original 7x 400G drives are in a MD3000 rack and I am adding 8x 2TB drives and creating a new array.
