Cloud backup not working...
Lockups, incremental backup functionality not working
I've been battling this for a week now. I upgraded from the 2012 version and have not been able to successfully complete a cloud backup.
All the files were previously there, but now when I attempt an incremental backup, it seems compelled to re-backup all the files anyway. This wouldn't be so bad, but it has locked up several times during backup and had to be restarted.
After I restart the backup, it will properly skip some of the previously backed up files, but will still transfer some of the biggest files over and over and over (and they are present in the cloud), every time I initiate a new backup.
It seems this is totally broken and unreliable.
I'm backing up about 100GB of data and understand this will take a long time for the initial backup to complete, but between the lockups and inability to properly perform an incremental backup it looks like this product is unusable.
This worked for me in the 2012 version, but seems to be broken now. Not sure what happened.
Any advice? Otherwise I will be seeking a refund on my cloud subscription.
The backup software works as expected for my local backups, only cloud is broken.
