Cloud backup tries to open bogus directory, reports a warning

Thread needs solution

When my cloud backups run, they always through these messages:

Warning 11/8/2014 5:10:45 PM Item 'C:\Users\Jerry Schwartz\Documents\Documents\' cannot be found or it is inaccessible at the moment.

Warning 11/8/2014 5:10:45 PM The specified file does not exist.

Warning 11/8/2014 5:10:45 PM The system cannot find the file specified

Clearly, there is something wrong with the way TI 2015 cloud backup is parsing the directory tree. So far as I can tell, this is harmless; but it shouldn't be doing this. This red herring has cost me many hours of trying to isolate a problem.

I don't know why Acronis hasn't ever given us some way to report bugs. That displays a callous attitude towards their customers, not to mention the fact that they might actually get useful feedback.

agreed, I've had this bug as well and it's only happened since the 6055 update.
