Cloud not available

Thread needs solution

My cloud subscription doesn't expire for months, but I'm unable to access cloud.
When cursor passes over cloud button on Acronis web site where my products are listed, it's not acknowledged.
Cloud does not show up in True Image 2014 as available media.

sorry for the delayed answer!

Are you logged in to your account in Acronis True Image 2014? Acronis Cloud is available as a destination for the backup only after you sign in.
