Cloud server unvailable message

Sorry I am a newbie, but I just got Acronis True Image for Mac when I bought a new cell phone. I tried to set up the app on the cell phone and that did not work. So i thought that I could use the 25 g of cloud storage I got with this.
I have been simply trying to upload files to the cloud but for three days I keep getting the server unavailable message when I try to upload. I did initiate a chat session with an Agent but after spending over an hour on chat I am still not closer to a resolution. We tried turning off my firewall and antivirus - that made no difference. I cannot seem to understand how this cloud storage is not working - it seems to me if dropbox, Micorsoft One etc are so easy why is this one so complicated?

Hmm - this seems like a great product - not! I have a support ticket that is being escalated but still nothing. I simple terms I have Acronis True Image on my Macbook. THe backup failed and every time I try to sync files I get the "server is not available at the moment. Please try again later." message. This should be straight forward but I am still no further ahead.

Recently whenever I try to access the cloud to recover my files I get the attached message that "The Server is not available at the moment. Please try again later."

Also it says that all my computers are backing up but whenever I go into the C: for 1 of them the folder is empty even though it says it has over 100 GB in it, please help.

Jan. 8, 2015  I am having same problem with server not available 99% on the time.  I have only been able to download files once in 45 days.

I have also been on chat and let the rep control my computer.  He could not solve the problem.  I wonder why offer a product without the servers to provide the service promised?  Or level with customers as to why.
