Compatibility between Acronis online backup and Symantec Backup Exec

Hi,

I have a quick question here.
I have a server with Symantec Backup Exec installed.
The Symantec Backup Exec backup the files to tape as well as to nas.

Now I plan to install an additional backup solution which is Acronis backup online.
Is there any compatibility issues in between.
