Conatcting Acronis for sales and feedback

I'm in Australia, and for days (beginning 17 June 2014) I have been trying to contact Acronis sales to ask a non-routine query about True Image Home, and as a result of the piss-poor experience I had trying to do that, post a feedback containing the query and feedback on the poor experience trying to find a way to a make it.
The updated website is pretty poor in this respect. The website has no sales links, the support links lead me around in circles, the fast contact phone number disconnects me before I even have a chance to ask my sales query, feedback submissions disappear into electronic mist not seen again, and old mail addresses don't work now.
Does anyone have an email address for an Acronis sales person that actually works?

I have exactly the same problem...only worse.
I have spent 4 days trying to talk to Acronis UK. The usual email addresses of people I have spoken to in the past are bouncing.
After marathon "Chat" sessions (hour+) with the support people, who have no chance of resolving my problems and just send me round in circles - techie to sales to techie to sales - they finally agree I need to speak to someone in Head Office. They promise that someone will call me.
This of course doesn't happen.. Nothing at 11am -
Back to the chat session. "We'll get someone to call you." This time, I said "If you don't get some call me back and keep me informed". That was 2:30pm. At 5pm I get an email saying I've emailed them to ask you to call you tomorrow.
Next day. Nothing at 9am - email to chat techie. No response. Nothing at 10am - email to chat techie. No response. Nothing at 11am - email to chat techie. Nothing at 12am - email to chat techie.
I think it is highly likely that Acronis has no UK office support any more.
