Copy backup to DVD

I just installed True Image 2013. I had enough of Windows Backup failing on me. I would like to know if there is a way to copy the most recent True Image backup to portable media (portable usb, DVD, etc)? I currently have my backup going to a dockable hard drive which I remove during normal operation. I would like to take my weekly backup and store it offsite (at my work).

Is this possible, how so?
