Copying/cloning a identical machines

I have two identical machines, one of which was infected with a virus. I'd like to clean the machine by restoring a disk image from the identical uninfected machine. I've done this in the past in other environments. I was wondering if there's anything I should be aware of for licensing etc for the Windows OS and MS Office. Both machine have valid licenses.
