Creating CD Recovery with RAID Volume

Hello,
Some time ago I test the " Recovey CD" but It appeared that in case where the C:\ is a RAID volume, it is not discovered. That means : no recovery.
The reason : the recovery CD is under Linux which has not the necessary drivers.
Suggestions :
- 1) why Acronis is unable to use a similar solution as the solution of Windows : the Windows installation CD works correctly on all RAID volume type (0, 1, 5, 10).
- 2) Why Acronis is unable to use a similar solution as Norton Ghost which allows to create a custom recovery CD.
The WinPE is too sophisticated.
