Creating a Secure Zone: Error Msg; E000A03EE

I'm just decided today to try out this "Secure Zone & Try/Decide" features and everytime I try and create the Zone I get the following error message when creating in my IDE "C" drive.
"Error: E000A03EE, Unable to get volume for the letter file. Cannot reboot Windows you may not have enough privileges to boot"

I'm the Admin so I have privileges.
Windows XP Home SP3, 200 GB HD, 93 GB free space.
Acronis Ver. 11 Build 8,101

I tried with and without Startup Recovery Manager settings but the same message.
