Post a screen capture of how your disk appears in Windows disk Management graphical view.
This will illustrate the sizes and partition sequnces so we can see what has to be moved first.

Example:

Thank you GroverH. I would like to unallocate 100GB from Partition I of Disk 2, then increase Partition J by the same amount. I am using ATIH2012 and I don't see that there is a way to do that.

You may want to consider adding a new tool to your tool box of programs.
it is the "MiniTool Partition Wizard Bootable CD"
Download MiniTool Partition Wizard Bootable CD iso file absolutely FREE from http://www.partitionwizard.com/download.html. Burn ISO file onto a CD using any CD/DVD Burner software.

direct CD download link
http://www.partitionwizard.com/download/pwhe7.iso

This tool could help in providing more info about your system .
==============================
Once you have created the bootable CD from above, boot the CD and look at the Move/resize options.

Using the move/resize option, use mouse pointer to grab hold of the left boundary line of
(disk 2) of the partitiion with the excess space

Drag the left boundary line of the large partition to the right by whatever freespace you wish to make smaller.
Then grab hold of the right boundary line on the small partition and drag the boundary line to the right to consume all new space.
Click the Apply option--upper left. Or click the discard option if you make a mistake.

Please, next time. just post the jpg direct without involving Word. It is easier to post the image direcdt than to put it inside a documentl.
