Delete Backup job hanging up

Build 6025 running on win 7 pro 64 bit
When I right click on a backup job and select delete, it goes into "sit n spin" mode and never comes back. I've been manually deleting the files and then selecting remove from the list.... I shouldn't have to do that, should I?

Are the backups you are having the delete problem with ones that you originally set up in the previous version?
My ATI 2015 didn't appear to like my existing backups from the previous version and I did battle with hanging deletes as well.
I ended up just removing the all of my old Acronis backups from the ATI 2015 list and then used Internet Explorer to delete the actual backup files. I also deleted the old backup's folders as well and, when I created new backup with ATI 2015, I was careful to use different folder and file names for the new backups. This was because, apparently, Acronis keeps its own internal record of used file/folder names.
ATI 2015 appears to be working OK for me now. However I haven't tried using the delete option since I had all those problems originally.
