Desktop icons and Support
I have been a Acronis True Image user for several versions. I purchased version 2012 because I have been very satisfied with the other versions up to 2010 after that it went down hill. After installing 2012 with the bonus pack I have had trouble with several issues. My most annoying one is now there is no way to put a icon from any of my programs on the desktop without it being overladed with what looks to be a web page icon. I have contacted Acronis support and sent them the files they want but they insist on talking to me on the phone. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND THEM!!! I have ask them to replie to me in an e-mail but as yet in the last 5 weeks have not recieved any. I am not satisfied with Acronis and this new product and as of now will not recommend Acronis to anyone. I am running Windows 7 Home premium on my AMD desktop. I am attaching a zip file of a snapshot of my desktop.

If you think the phone is tough, email can be so much worse. Shore up a little ethinic paticence and try the phones again.
