"Disk full" error

Thread needs solution

I create incremential backups every day. Although activated in the options, backups are not deleted after 8 days to create space for a new backup. So I get a "Disk full" error every 8 days.

Any thoughts?

To control the number or space for backups, my experience has been that keeping X number of backups has worked the best. I avoid using options based on elapsed days or remaining space.

Best to start a new task and point the task to a new folder or sub-folder so the destination is empty of other backups.

Remember, TI always creates the replacement backup before deleting any old backups so you need to allow for the temporary use of the extra space when considering how many to keep.
