Do I need to upgrade?
I have Acronis 11.0 Home and have used it very happily for a number of years on a PC running Windowa XP. I had 2 HDDs on the PC and was able to back up both of them.
I have now bought a new PC running Wndows 10 and have 3 HDDs. I have tried to set up a complete back up but the window only shows 1 of my HDDs and I can see no way of including the other two either on the same backup or individually.
Do I need to upgrade Acronis or is there something else wrong?

Thanks very much Steve. That's very helpful.
I quitre agree that I have had my money's worth out of ATI 11, but of course whle it was working perfectly satisfactorily on Win XP there seemed no reason to change.
So if I am now going to move to ATI 2018 would you recommend a downloadable update (if such would work with that time gap) or should I go for a straight from the box disc version? In the latter case would I need to uninstall ATI 11 first?

If you have ATI 11 registered / shown in your Acronis account, then you can use the option to Upgrade from this to the latest 2018 version and get some discount from the full version or a boxed version. The full download installer is the version that I have been using for many years. I think I may have the CD for the original ATI 9.0 in a cupboard somewhere as the last one I bought in that format.
See KB 60125: Acronis True Image 2018: Licensing and Upgrade FAQ
also KB 60122: How to upgrade to Acronis True Image 2018 - please read the section Upgrade Procedure which recommends uninstalling any version of ATI earlier than 2016.

Thanks for that. I have now installed te upgrade to AT 2018 and my first complete back up is in progress. All seems satisfactory.
One question though - I have with ATI 11.0 been able to set scheduled tasks, and in particular I had it set up to perform automatically an incremental back up twice a week at specified times. I can't seem at the moment to find any reference to such a facility being available now. Is it available? And if so how do I set it up?
Your help would be appreciated.

Scheduling your backup tasks is very much a part of all versions of ATI and is found after clicking on the Options button when your task is selected. The first page tab shown is the Schedule page, where you have a variety of options you can use.
See the ATI 2018 User Guide: Scheduling which describes the different options available.
