Does ATIH2012 have bootmgr issue?

Hi,

I used to have ATIH2009, and liked it very much.
I want to purchase 2012 from Windows7. However, I read some issues on "bootmgr missing".
Does the latest 2012 have this issue?
If I clone a Windows7 partition, do I need to do extra efforts to restore the bootmgr?
