Does enabling the Acronis Startup Recovery Manager (F11 at boot) affect disk partition alignment?

I have built a couple of Windows 7 PCs using SSDs for the boot drive.
What I don't know is how the ASRM works.
When you enable it, does it in any affect the partition alignment on the boot drive?
