Thread needs solution

I have been trying to download my new product, after purchase, and for at least 12 times, the download was "interrupted" and I can not download to install.
Help!!

Are you trying from your Acronis account or from some other place? If you purchased elsewhere, register the serial number in your Acronis account and try downloading from there.

If you have any download accelerators or download managers installed you could try deactivating them or bypassing them and seeing if it works better.

Do you have another computer available to try? Possibly it's just something on that computer that's causing the problem.
