Drive letters messed up after recovery

Hi,

I did a full drive recovery, but Windows 8 automatically goes into repair mode. I opened a command window from there. Looks like during the recovery, a drive letter has been assigned to the system partiton. So my C drive is D now. Basically partition drive letters and order is completely messed up now.

How can I clean this mess and have my system running again, pelase help.
