[DUPLICATE] Cloud backup stuck at consolidating archive

— it runs continuously with no change in status (taskbar notification icon reports 98%) and only seemingly intermittent log entries. I have led it run for many hours a number of times, but have had to forcibly quit Acronis in order to turn off the machine. The last run was for about 20 hours without completion.

Any ideas? Is this normal?
