[DUPLICATE] Why No Email Support Option

Thread needs solution

I purchased 10 licenses for True Image PP 2012 in June, 2012. I have an issue with the operation of the program and want to return the product. On the support page, after I log in, the site tells me my support has already expired, so I can't even email. How do I contact these people?

Danny, we offer 30 days aftersales support via chat and e-mail for Acronis True Image 2012 Home. From what I can see, you purchased your products in May. For additional support options please take a look at this sticky thread.

Our products can be refunded within the first 30 days after purchase, please take a look at this article for additional information.

I did not find any support cases in our system relating to Plus Pack issues, however, we do offer free support for recovery issues.

As James correctly indicated, after going through the support wizard and selecting your product, you can select To solve a recovery issue click here.
