During BackupJob no access to Mounted Networkdrives

Thread needs solution

I'm using True Image 2015 Build 6525
But the problem happened also with versions before this one.

Since 2 or 3 years I notice that sometime I've problems accessing mit mounted smb network drives on my Synology NAS from my Windows PC.
Now I'm sure that this happens every time a TrueImage backup job is running. As soon as the job finishes the access works again as inteded.
Does someone have a idea why this happens?

It happens every time if a job is run on windows login.

I'm running Windows 8.1 x64 Pro. with all Updates installed.
The jobs are saving my drives to my NAS (every drive has it's own backup job)
I'm saving to the NAS by using UNC paths.
the PC is connected by 2 LAN Cards using teaming.

The NAS is a Synology NAS with the newest firmware.
Connected to the LAN with LinkAggregation.

Yes. I have noticed the same random issue. In my case, the username (not password) for the NAS where ATI was storing the backups, for Windows to access other shares on the NAS, and for Windows long was the same. I suspected it was the source of the issue. I solved it by creating a "backup" user on the NAS share, where I store my backups, and use these exclusive credentials for ATI.

If you don't want to do that, make sure that the user name ATI is using is exactly the same as the one stored in the Windows credentials, under User Accounts and Family Safety control panel. Match the domain name and the capitalization of the user name, so that Windows doesn't think you are accessing the same remote computer (e.g. a NAS) with 2 different user credentials at the time. This situation is a showstopper for Windows.
