E-mail backup doesn't finish (Seem stalled)

I've got the same problem. Would like an answer too.

I also have the same problem - the e-mail backup stalls at 99% completion and never finishes. I have to reboot the computer to be able to canel the backup.

I have the same problem. Was this ever resolved? There appear to be enough complaints here to warrant a conclusive answer.

This situation seems to be happening to me right now
e-mail backup was down to 4 min and sloely climed back up to 8 over the past 45 min?

Aha so this is a common problem. Mine stalls at 95%. I am using 2012 trial version. I did contact Support and got a case number. I also just deleted many of the emails in Outlook. I get time left 2 mins then 3 mins then 4 mins.

I am facing the same issue for a while. Upgraded to latest build, ATIH 2012 2.1 build 7133, with still the same issue.
I have 4 backup schedules. 3 work fine, backing up my both disks and document folder. Email-backup hangs at about 80% completing saying 1 minute left. I left it even run overnight, hence it got 10 hours to finish. It didn't finish. The whole email back should only take a few minutes.
