E-mail backup edit - Acronis True Image Home has stopped working

Thread needs solution

I've an issue with ATIH 2012 when I want to edit an e-mail backup, the application crashes with the message "Acronis True Image has stopped woking"

Some more information:

OS : Windows 7 Enterprise - SP1 - x64
ATIH 2012 build 5545
Outlook 2007 (latest SP)
Mail data files : OST file, PST file (archive)

I've added some screenshots which can perhaps help to solve the problem

Thank you for taking time to contact us.

To give the issue a closer investigation could you please obtain ADPlus dump file and send it to us?

Please see this article for information on how to do it. 

The process that you should mount is called TrueImage.exe 

To obtain the PID of the process you should go to Windows Task Manager -> Processes -> View -> Select Columns -> Mark the PID box

Also please obtain Acronis system report (Launch the program -> Help -> Generate system report).
