Eligibility for free upgrade & difficulty of access to 30day free support.

Thread needs solution

I have posted on my inability to read ATI2009 files on a computer protected with ATI10. I was recommended to upgrade to ATI2010. I was reluctant to spend that much so I purchased a (boxed) second copy of ATI2009 for the second computer: it arrived today. (I have always been rigorous about obeying licence terms).

I now find from the forums that there are many features of ATI 2010 that I do find attractive. I had not been able to access the forums for ages SOLELY OWING TO THE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WITH THE FORUMS, but the problem has now been put right, just too late for me to get information I was seeking! NOT MY FAULT. I now also see on the forums that one is eligible for a free upGRADE rather than upDATE if one applies within 30 days of purchase.

I have been unable to contact Support on the free 30-day basis (the website ran me round in circles) so I am having to post on the forum! NOT MY FAULT. It would be improper to post my serial no. on the forum, but I did register it today. I PRESUME Dmitry or whoever picks this up can identify my account from the fact that I'm logged in to post.

CAN DMITRY OR SOMEONE PLEASE HELP WITH THIS FREE UPGRADE, AND ALSO THE PURCHASE OF A SINGLE UPGRADE LICENCE (ATI2009 to ATI2010) SO THAT I CAN SYNCHRONISE BOTH COMPUTERS ON ATI 2010 PLEASE?

I've just managed to send a webform message on these matters, so no need to reply here. But I'll be back here if I need to! - But here's hoping. There seems to be no dedicated email for the free 30 day support, and I've flagged this issue with my customer service request. John Kemp

License issue resolved. One of my two purchases was 3 days too early to get a free upgrade. Acronis is frakking us good on the free upgrade thing. Was pushed an email with a TIH 2009 deal 6 weeks before the release of TIH 2010 which I bit on and now I am screwed. Top it off email support must be outsource to India so I ge a cue sheet reader stonewalling me on the upgrade window.

No more Acronis products for me!
