email and permision problems
I am having problems with a Acronis True Image home installation. I did both a data and email backup before performing a Windows reinstallatin. I had no problem recovering the data but recovering the email is giving me headaches. Every time I restore the email it changes permissions on various folders including. I end up having to do a system restore to get it back to a working condition since manually trying to change the permissions does not work. The emails are from Outlook 2010 and we are using Windows 7 Home Premium. I also have some full backups from before I reinstalled Windows so those are sure to contain the .pst file as well but I would like to recover from the email only backup since it is the latest backup. Anyways around this? Thanks in advance.
