email backup freezes after 12%

Hey there.

Just started using this system, had it for months but delayed the start. (thats why its 2011 version)

Now I'm trying to make a backup of my outlook email. (windows vista) but it freezes everytime at 12%... And I have no clue what I could do about it...

If I'm correct there's no phone or chat like function, is that correct?
