Email Backup not recoverying properly. How to extract .PST from the backup files??

I have more than one year of work and emails inside my Acronis True Image 2014 email backup. There is no way to recreate the user account of Outlook.
I just need to restore the .PST. I can see that my backup is properly done, and inside Microsoft Office Outlook/Profiles/ I can see my PSTs, with all the emails inside.
Is any way to extract only the PSTs? True Image 2014 is not allowing me to recover them. I select them, click in the recovery button, but the PST is not back to the default location.
The registry data is being recovered properly, and also the contacts... But not the PST files.
I need help please.
