EMail notifications fail, settings correct

Thread needs solution

I have the same settings in Outlook as I have on True Image, but True Image won't send messages, fails the test message with 'Network Error'.

What can I do? My provider requires port 465 SSL logon.

Again, Outlook sends mail fine using these settings. I don't get it.

Please advise.
